Denver Duplex

I want to buy a duplex in Denver so bad!! Live in one side and rent the other side out. I figured I could get a FHA 203k loan or something with only 3.5% down from what I've read and put like 5-7k down. But how do i REALLY find the right one?? Zillow?!?!? I need a real estate buddy, lol. Point me to better listings and agents. I'm nervous though, I've always rented!!

PM on the way.  Listings, agents, and off market deals are helpful. Education is going to be key to calm those nerves.  Name what your fear is then put it into spreadsheets, pay attention to the market so you can make your own decisions about value, and be cautious but don't let that fear make your decisions for you. Home ownership is always a scary step but you can do it!
