You can still be picky with Section 8 tenants, and ask for a large deposit, etc.Is there at least a bus stop within a block or so?

The key is not to discriminate on ethnicity, sex, age, sexual orientation, disability ect.

Especially I find it a little sickening to suggest that you can abuse them because there is little risk they will challenge you.The right thing is usually obvious, but we muddy the waters by overthinking.

The normal PM contract leaves way too much temptation for a PM to abuse it.
