We show them all the shut-off valves, the panel, how everything works, etc...) 

Currently I have fresh paint on the house (inside and outside), new doors (Garage and entrance), Solar Panels (10K system w/ LG Battery), and exterior aesthetics upgrades.

I would like one of the cabinets to be a panel ready mini-fridge that is built into the cabinets (because the kitchen space is small).
