@Troy Fisher  the generational wealth is tricky one.the mentor I mention took his company public and got a 8 figure pay day when it was bought by a Austalian concern.. he then put 10 million into trust for his two daughters.they get a pretty nice stipend monthly ( they will never have to work) one of them lives a rock star lifestyle with no real cares and some pretty extravagant spending and not really in touch with the common man... the other is very grounded and what I would consider a really good person..

When the Newbie starts reading BP stuff it looks so complicated and they have stars in their eyes from seeing, "How to Make a Million with your First House." 

All teh stars hav aligned - the population is aging, few new communities have been build in the last 10 years, and the capital market collapse only exascerbated the problem.

I see you recommend yellow letters, if you were going to start a campaign targeting only absentee owners on homes purchased prior to 2000, how large of a list would you star with?

All of the windows have to be a certain type, all appliances must be energy star rated (so much for used appliances) and the AC unit must be of a certain type.

I just heard that Rick Harrison (owner of the Pawn Shop in Las Vegas and the "Pawn Stars" cable show) is building a "container-style" mini mall on one of his Las Vegas lots.
