I have a pretty good guy here in Utah that has done a lot of this for me and for several of my clients.

Orem, Utah based Marquis Properties defrauded hundreds of investors out of $28 million.

We bought a Franchise called Property Management Inc. out of Utah.

Hi Meg,  Here in Utah I find that most tenants don't start looking seriously for a new place until about 2 weeks prior to moving.
