Just Google Grand Rapids and rankings, etc. and real estate--you'll learn lots.  

Once you rank #1, the guy who you pushed back to #2 is going to get his *** in gear to get his rankings back.

The highest ranking city I found on the best-performing cities index was NYC/Jersey City/White Plains and it was ranked 90th out of 200 metros and fell 28 spots from last year.

Hi @John Champagne, I'm also a crowdfunding real estate investor, and did a ranking of the top 100 sites as well as in-depth reviews of the top 25, to figure out what I wanted to invest in.

The lowest discrepancy is in the Maritimes (Moncton is ranked as the most affordable housing in the country), but even here Halifax is running out in front of the region while smaller communities are disappearing and cities such as Saint John have faltering local economies.

The mortgages/trust deeds are recorded, and rank in superiority in the order/date they were filed.  

Don't worry as you begin to get ranked for more keywords the leads will come in.

Just do the following:- Go to Google and search for "best type of property to invest in" (no quotes)- Click on 2 links in the search results: the first one starts with apartment-penang (ranked 1 when I checked) and the second one has propertyinvesting as the domain name (ranked 5 when I checked).Both these sites have some interesting information as to the pluses and minuses of buying different forms of real estate and may be of interest to you.
