So it was a highly desirable student rental location.PROS1) higher rental by renting rooms $600/room verse $1650 for the unit.CONS1) first year student tends to be party animals. the whole condo experienced so many false fire alarms; that the fire department started to charge false alarm incidences.( I experienced that in my university years too in the 70's.2) I only rent to female students ( I think it will be easier to have girls together).

NO, I DO understand that is why I am unwilling to go away and lets these guys get away from making either misleading or false statements.I will take some time later to address the 'returns', basically those selling this product are conveniently miscalculating the 'returns'. 1) they arent including the massive fees to buy the product, 2) they are not including the interest paid on the on the loan on your own money. 3) they are not including the negative return on the loss of the death benefit due to 'repayment' of the loan...
