You would think that anyone asking for business would think twice about keeping personal political beliefs off their marketing material.

I am also new to BP but listen to the podcasts religiously!

Contrary to  popular belief  the smaller commercial properties are more riskier due to mom and pop type tenants and older outdated buildings.

It's a religious based cost sharing program and the members are exempt from ACA penalties..

It is my firm belief that homeowners do not know how drastically their bottomline is affected by selling with these unethical companies.BEFORE YOU SELL WITH ANY COMPANY ASK THEM "HOW MUCH MONEY WILL I WALK AWAY WITH?"

@David SmitI see that example as 20,500 families who now have a safe warm comfortable place to stay that mIght otherwise have no where eIse to go maybe they couldn’t qualify for homeownership maybe it is out if their own desire but it is a service ,a needed service .As a religious fella,I think of the richest man in the Bible ,Solomon .he had amassed extreme wealth over all people of that tIme .. he had thousands and thousands of oxen goats camels .

I’m still trying to unpack this HUD-1 concept but what I also took away from Alex’s podcast was his amazing book recommendations (currently reading Factfulness-super uplifting btw) and his belief in having a money making hobby, creative outlet hobby and physical hobby.
