Once you have the list send them a postcard, letter, or find their phone number and call them directly.

The more personal and handwritten your letter looks the more attention you get - a plain advertising postcard usually does not prompt that many angry calls, but is also less effective.

If you send only handwritten letters or only typed or only postcards youre doing yourself a disservice. 

If I mail this list again I'm going to go with postcards for a couple rounds.
