So we have a property that is finishing up, with outlets/switches, and fixtures. 

The police also pull down the ceiling mounted light fixtures and rip outlets from the wall.

For example, I have a "Section 8" bucket with things that are typically needed for Section 8 inspections: 9V batteries; clear packing tape, extra outlets, window locks, outlet and switch covers, etc.

I believe with the new 130 toll road and the new upscale outlet mall off Chandler Road in Round Rock both opening in the next year the area is positioned for growth.

It already has AC-heating ventilation, electrical outlets and a closet.

Also the bugs will leave during the treatment but then return so you have to make sure to completely seal every possible escape route off including wall outlets, cracks, doors windows etc. so they can’t escape and are actually killed by the ozone.

If the garrage is legal, and things don't change from my area to yours, make sure the garrage door is operational, install a GFI electrical outlet, leave the walls, and if you have a ceilling if it is 2 by 6 at 18" center you dont have to take it down, if not removed ceilling only, and scrape the tile leave the cement, it wont hurt much about 300 bucks, also ask a local appraiser or a city inspector, the asking wont cost anything.

I notice it and would like to install new white or cream outlets and switches, but is this worth the time?
