Also the bugs will leave during the treatment but then return so you have to make sure to completely seal every possible escape route off including wall outlets, cracks, doors windows etc. so they can’t escape and are actually killed by the ozone.

If the garrage is legal, and things don't change from my area to yours, make sure the garrage door is operational, install a GFI electrical outlet, leave the walls, and if you have a ceilling if it is 2 by 6 at 18" center you dont have to take it down, if not removed ceilling only, and scrape the tile leave the cement, it wont hurt much about 300 bucks, also ask a local appraiser or a city inspector, the asking wont cost anything.
