You can find many of them on FB or Youtube even, several run TV commercials.

A long term 12 month rent is difficult furnished because most pm don't take inventory of the items in the home and when something, like a TV or Couch, breaks the tenant expects the landlord to fix it.

Those TV shows make money on advertising. 

Im currently in the car business but real estate always intrigued me, I would like to hear from seasoned real estate investors how long does it take to turn/flip your investment and start to make a profit.In the past i used to like watching those tv series of flipping homes , them guys made it seem easy but i know its further from the truth.
