I've just started to look into real estate investing and my wife and I need some advice.We currently live in a home with an libor loan which is currently interest only.

I've just begun to look into the process of getting them authorized... from what I've read so far it sounds like a complete "reconstruction" is needed. 

So far I've just been googling averages, but if anyone has any highly recommended tips and resources (books/videos/websites/etc) that would be great!

Hello Little Rock folks, I've just begun in my investing journey and have started in Little Rock.

We recently found BP and have been between Georgia and Bradenton for over 20 years.

I recently found one that will allow a cash out refi after 6 mos, 75% LTV.

I've just started looking for a 2-4 plex to buy in Chicago using FHA and a lot of the listings are vague on how many units the buildings have.
