On the other side of the coin, everything looks easy on paper.

Will coin operated washers and dryers be a turn off?  

I also own all my coin op machines because I can't seem too find a company that doesn't steal and I could write a novel about how nasty their contracts all are.

The flip side of the coin is many people will still want to be in walkable areas...especially the younger demographics and up-and-coming professionals.

This is what propelled the high stock prices, bit coin, and real estate. 

i would always prefer coin op if given the choice since its a little extra income.
