Sometimes Local PMs are better as they are more dedicated than national ones which tend to be very busy and not focused on you 

The mountains aren't going anywhere and this is still the busiest National Park in the Country (busier than Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, and Yosemite all 3 combined).

I would be cautious about that because their website may be built based on the experience of a national brand, not the local manager.
