There are still a lot of unknowns.  

Not only just for qualifying for loans, but for covering the unknowns that come up with owning and buying RE.

But marked the structural condition “unknown”, which I overlooked.

Lots of unknowns.

It's hard to do the numbers, since there are several unknowns. 

But when an unknown person shows up in their yard, they don't know if it's the landlord (or the landlord's hired contractor) installing faucet covers or a burglar looking to enter the house.

Add a percentage to that like 10-15% for unknowns or things that don't typically get accounted for.

What was your biggest learning experience in the process or unknown you came across?
