I felt very uneasy about it and didn’t know if this was typical, but it sounds like it’s not.

We literally had this go live yesterday and someone that young( a group of four) makes me a little uneasy.

The wife seemed uneasy with that when I brought it up. 99% chance it’s someone’s nightmare child.

I dont know about everyone else but there has been a uneasiness in the air recently, many of my clients with rates in the 2.7-3.7% range have been inquirng about HELOCs and/or cash out refinances. 

When this happens prices will drop because lenders/buyers will feel uneasy.   

I've been through some HUD houses in the area but feeling a bit uneasy with a lack of knowledge of the neighborhoods. 

I'd tread lightly just because any upfront fee makes me feel uneasy.

Initially, I was really only evaluating this property from a numbers perspective, but after reading your post I'm more uneasy.
