If that's not you then I would suggest that overkilling the presentation on a used product, you may be actually trying to pull a "slight of photo" move to draw attention away from something undesirable. 

I've thought about investing next to hospitals, as they tend to be undesirable to other buyers, but I'm not convinced that hospital workers want to live across the street from their work. 

That usually precludes houses that are near undesirable uses.
