The SEC compliance stuff always seems to remain fluid.

Then once guys start to see I'm active with a team the raising capital part will be way more fluid.

Andrea,We are both in the St.Pete area and I agree it's tough in Pinellas County in general to scoop up a great deal without being cash fluid. 

However if she doesn't budge just figure out a way to move past it, 6 feet of distance and open windows would keep the risk of transmission very low.
