Morning all,

So this year, after like 8 years on this Biggerpockets thing, I finally turned my first residence into a rental! Im officially a real estate investor...man that feels good to say. Im hooked and ready for the next one. But I do have some questions

1. Whats a good intro software to use, preferably free  😬 while I get started?

2. For tax purposes, whats everyone using for that? An excel sheet? What are the things I need to be keeping up on? Are there any softwares out there that I can use that are an all in one that can do this and keep track of the property for me?

Thanks in advance!

Way to get into the game, @Sean Kehoe!

Stessa is the best tool I can think of for the financial side of property investing.  It even has document storage so that you can keep track of everything in one place!
