In a mobile home park, most of the value is in the underground infrastructure, roads, landscaping, amenities, pools, fencing, pads, utility pedestals, etc, while only a small portion of the value comes from a building, like a clubhouse or laundry facility.

I just haven’t seen opportunities like these in the residential field.I purchased an automotive repair facility, fully equipped, where the owner was in bankruptcy.

Hello, I'm looking to purchase small to medium sized self storage facilities in the Denver area, and would love to meet up with anyone in the area who has either already done this or who is seriously interested in doing the same thing.

We have a big need for MTRs since there are so many healthcare facilities downtown. 

Different story if a construction loan facility was not required. 

I was full every week with STR Guests using the facilities.
