I think worst case, Owner ignores your message thinking it may be spam.

You can post what you do in your profile (and we encourage you to do so) but the only other place you can talk about your company or the services you offer is in the Marketplace.We do this to keep the forums free from spam and junk that clogs up most other online forums.

If you are leasing/owner let me know how you guys tackle this particular issue, if you are away and have something on the market. 

I understand ever since 2005 when Dodd-Frank came into effect a lot of confusion has developed as far as how to tackle lease-options in Texas.

I always seem to get posts removed when I offer info on this forum as they take it as spam.

I am just starting out here so tackling the financing for my first product is the hurdle I am trying to leap over right now.
