We have ~350 sq ft studios with one radiator in the main room and one in bathroom.

Hello friends I'm looking for someone experienced with boilers and radiator heating systems in Niagara region in ontario.

I know there is electromagnetic radiation that comes off of substations but all my research shows there is no proven health effects related to low level electromagnetic radiation. 

Some details on the multi-unit located in Glenolden (SW suburb of Philadelphia):  Old (early 1900s), 2700 sq ft, converted to 5 units with 6 separate electric panels/metersOnly 1 gas meter, 1 gas hot water heater, 1 gas furnace heat (old fashioned water radiators)Tenants on lease (month-to-month) have been there: 15 years, 11 years, 7 years, 2 years, 1 yearTenants only pay electricity; current landlord/owner pays water/sewer/trash (standard for the area); heat and hot water (only 1 gas line and hot water heater). 

A boiler either runs baseboard radiant heating or radiators . 

Thanks yes it's a gas boiler with radiators in both apartments.

Most oil systems in PA are either steam radiators or hot water radiators or baseboard.

HOWEVER THE HEATING IS STEAM HEAT WITH THE OLD CAST IRON RADIATORS THROUGH OUT THE HOUSE....

Details:2nd floor tenant steam boiler was not heating his apartment, so instead of calling us to fix it, he turned a water valve that proceeded to send a massive amount of water into the radiator system, sending water all the way up to his radiators on the second floor and the water was shooting everywhere and also flooding through the ceiling into the 1st floor unit.

The steam radiators were inspected during our inspection and all work properly.
