Some lenders can remove recourse once you pass a certain level, butb that might be closer to 50%.

For a mobile home in a park... every person over the age of 18+ will have to pass a park background check.

@Odie Ayaga he has attempted to close on the property multiple times, but the SFH will not pass a home inspection in its current condition.
