I am looking for suggestions on how to host these on a platform using AI and other new technology to help people match with a lender or build a list of investors for multi family, self storage, assisted living, short term rentals, mobile home parks, new construction etc. 

Few solutions have truly mobile apps actually built natively for the platform (iOS or Android) they're serving and most force you to choose between reasonable price OR effective user-first design.

I'm in Chicago, my mornings are open and I'm mobile.

Albuquerque is home to Sandia National Labs, Kirtland Air Force Base, the University of NM, Presbyterian Health Care, Abq Public Schools, Amazon, Netflix, Intel, HP, T-Mobile, several large call centers, among many others.

I am a realtor, so I will be my own buyers agent.What I meant to say was, will it be for SFR, fix & flip, duplexes, rentals, lease option, creative finance, mobiles, land, commercal, group housing, MTR, STR and so on.

We purchased the mobile home on 9/8/2023 for $50,000, invested $2,000 in renovations, and sold it for $72,000 on 10/13/2023.
