Honestly I am not sure if going personal is the best with DMM.Think about it, the majority of the people calling you back pissed are yelling at you because "how dare you think they need to sell".

I am assuming you haven't done a development before, and feel rather safe in that assumption as any with development experience is generally very methodical and wouldn't dare consider jumping into someone else's plan.
