Just trying to double check the numbers .. my LO said around 5k.. no realtor fees since I will sell on my own LOs do not work with sellers as part of our day-jobs, so we aren't the experts to ask, aside from anything we might have learned from personally selling homes, or of course via osmosis. :)

You'll need to notify your insurance company your renting and not living in house. if you don't and have a issue your insurance company will drop you like a hot potato.
