HI BP Community! 

My name is Andrew Cosker from Manchester Connecticut. I'm 23 Years Old. I'm new to Real estate and loving it! I am currently active in Connecticut mainly focusing on Wholesaling single family and multi family properties at this point.  My back ground is in Automotive sales and repair.  As stated, my main goal for now is to begin wholesaling properties to investors and build my company to be a well known and reputable entity that provides great value to other investors with juicy deals (not over estimated ARVS and UNDERESTIMATED REPAIRS) I can pass on to fix and flip and rental investors!  I plan to branch out and build a rental portfolio and tackle flips myself as I get more familiar with the business.  I know nothing will come easy in life that is worth having and these goals are achievable with hard work and persistence.  Alot of mistakes are to be expected along the way, but with that comes LEARNING EXPERIENCES to more familiarize myself on this journey.  I plan to be active in the forums and give back where I can to the community and hope to offer value to the community as they do for me.  I appreciate all that BP has to offer and am very blessed and appreciative of this community.  I hope to get to know members here and build lasting relationships!
