That seems sketchy to me and possibly not legal (check local rules) RUBS os a method for a third party to install water meters,  bill tenants for actual usage, but you are ultimately on the hook for the bill with the water co. 

One could easily boot up into the surface and launch a virtual win 7 session or two if you had licensed OS versions to do so with.

Loved the integration with Microsoft docs, but integration with Google spotty at best...I have 7 different Google accounts.Also, being a former Palm user, I am familiar with what happens when an OS doesn't take off.

Sarah, we meet again....almost the same questions;My impression is that you are not studying here on BP and are following or trying to follow other materials, for L/Os, I suggest you ONLY study here and throw anything else you have in a closet or the trash.As Jay mentioned, it's pretty much already been said and is on BP.Your approach as I told you, needs to be from a position of knowledge, you must understand L/Os inside and out if you have no real money, I'm assuming again, but that's what I'm getting.

As much as I like and have talked about L/Os in general, the deed is always better and has far fewer possible complications.

You can include the phone model and OS version if you like, but for the moment I'm looking for very basic data—iOS or Android?

I have a blueant speakerphone in my car, and the andriod 2.1 OS does not support voice commands via bluetooth.

If the reason for the prohibition os S corps is for IRS tracking, then it should be okay because I would pay tax on the disbursements every year so it isn't as if I am "contributing" to my IRA.

All os my Section 8 tenants are very prompt with their payments and don't cause much trouble.

If this is the real issue, then start OS with the plan to build up equity/cash/knowledge/credit so you can get into the BA market.
