The best opportunities in the Mansion are the parts where it borders an area that is at higher scale in my opinion.

I think there are many reasons, and some of them that come to my mind (subjective opinion) are:1.

My opinion is to invest in the S&P unless you are willing to spend a substantial amount of time learning the space.
