Because of the final difference (cash flow) it is very important for some investors to track ROI like a nuclear scientist tracking half life.  

A nuclear war or massive pandemic or some other apocalyptic event might change that, but in that case all bets are off anyway.

You're both right but they have a standing army, nuclear weapons, and lots of lawyers. 

They can live through extreme cold and heat, they would probably survive a nuclear holocaust.

I was prepared for nuclear disaster in the early 80's.

There are so many different opinions on the subject ranging from no health risk to bigger then nuclear accidents (and everything in between).I would think anything posted, there would be an equally compelling argument on the exact opposite side of the spectrum.

Legal action is the lose-lose nuclear option. 

Whenever you are going to invest in real estate it is better to focus on nuclear families and single family house in the cheap cost.
