Hard money lenders

Hello James Sotipalalit here I'm a new investor and currently getting my realtors license also but I have been reading a lot of information on the biggerpockets guide.  I started reading about duplexs and triplexes, my question is do you suggest using hard money lenders to fund duplexs and triplexes?

HML are typically six month terms. They will want you to have an exit strategy; sell
or refi. Before going the HML route, try to get prequalified for a portfolio loan by a local bank.
