The problem will come if she doesn't return the keys-either she pays rent for those days or she's responsible for paying to rekey the entire house.  

Tenants who do it can be charged for lease up commission fee, re-keying, cleaning, repairs, and rents still owed. 

Your local property manager or handyman or perhaps even a locksmith I’m sure will be happy to take care of this for you remotely. 

They even re-keyed my property!   

Ask lock smith to change the lock and move all their belongings to the curb?

It says "change garage door l" If that was change the locks or rekey because the tenants lost the key, that is a charge that the tenants need to pay. 

I found a keypad entry lock by Schlage for just under a $100 a locksmith recommended, FE575, that worked great for the entry to one apartment building.

They are not that expensive.You could also have a locksmith look at your existing  door and get you skeleton keys that fit.Check HD or lowes.
