What states do you lend in?

You deployed 500K in 2 months, are you looking for leads to lend money out faster?

This would include doing mainly flips so i can get a solid return from that money or possibly even doing private money lending. 

When we order an appraisal, we are handing in a rehab budget to the appraiser and they will use this to help calculate an ARV which is used in the lending calculation. 

I get to invest alongside experienced institutional investors and a bunch of other retail investors.

Now Neal is talking about lending the monies in the fund for some other project.
