Aside from the question above, the brand is established and grows organically via a thought leadership platform which you use to share the knowledge you have accumulated with others, and help others grow.

Ask for references for each of the sponsors leadership team and ask for investor references.

Perhaps someone is in a leadership role with a company and gets a relocation package from thier employer.

I have done everything they teach us growing up as far as Education I finished my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership last year only to end up with student loans and working a job that doesn’t pay enough to support my family.

If you go to a major brokerage, you're going to get a lot of sales meetings, optional trainings, ra ra leadership, etc. etc.
