Salesperson License or Real Estate License
Hi everyone š Iām so excited to be on here! I am a wife and mother of 2 little ones ages 4 and 7. My dream is to have financial freedom and be able to spend time with my little ones. I have done everything they teach us growing up as far as Education I finished my Masterās Degree in Educational Leadership last year only to end up with student loans and working a job that doesnāt pay enough to support my family. I feel like a hamster running on a wheel going nowhere and this is not living. I want to get out of this crazy dead end race and make changes. I am new to this what would be the recommended route to take? Do I get my real estate license? Do I start with salesperson license? How do I do either of these? Is it possible to do on my income to get started? I am not asking for a mentors but I would greatly appreciate any advice or feedback, I am ready to make changes and make the now!! Thank you I look forward to learning and being part of this community.
