I'd like something that works on mobile as well, as im rarely infront of my laptop when people call.any ideas?

There are free calculators for mortgage calculations on the internet for your laptop/computer and your phone. 

I know laptops, cell phones, etc may be depreciated over the years so it takes less of a hit.

I actually wrote off a laptop purchase for school and used the tax refund money to purchase the house, which recycled the same cash instead of me bringing any of my personal cash into the deal.

For some reason the big download PDF button was not showing on my laptop, but it is showing on my phone! 

I just connect my head phones to my laptop, punch in the #'s on the website, and cold call all day.Hope this helps.Thanks!
