7 of the 10 homes are in Eastern Washington which has 300+ days of sunshine and electricity is cheap (lots of hydro power). 5 cents average per kilowatt hour.I guess what I am saying is that these rentals are in a desirable location for most people.

Last year a guy had me on his Citation (a private twin engine jet) it was nice and he takes off to go to New Orleans for dinner and shopping.

Apparently there wasn't enough room on the plane for Bo The Dog and Bo's handler (102K salary) so they had to fly separately on their own jet.

Not exactly Warren Buffet, but he owns the LARGEST fleet of private jets, yet always flies public airlines.

Until then, I'll just let the people on the news tell me what a terrible person I am for driving a car...I'm sure Gore and his rich friends are car pooling their private jets, right?

@Agus Irawan, YesI think the important thing is to just get started, after which we can spread the word :)What I gather so far is we have Chris, JD, Jet, Agus, Emin, Willemina and myself - 7 members, I would say that is a pretty decent group for a first meet up.I propose to meet at a coffee shop where we can do some introductions.

My longer term goal is to buy and hold as well but am currently flipping and am always looking for investors.Are you fimiliar with the Jet Lending event tonight at the Red Neck Country Club?? 

I imagine that is the same for yacht brokers, private jets, exotic cars, private islands..etc.

Travel in the JET age is one of the great things to do.15 hours your on the other side of the world.. so for 1k for a ticket your gone..you can get cheap hotels here for 20 a nice and food etc.with your Bay Area winnings you should be able to live indefinitely over seas  LOL

As of right now I work on the electronics portion of our fighter jets so I've got some great problem solving skills under my belt.
