I remember having no kitchen, a microwave/fridge/coffee pot and that was it for a couple months with a newborn. 

Their AC and Fridge have not been working for quite some time now (about a month).

Modify this situation slightly, fridge is too large and doesn’t fit.

They're getting all appliances, an extra fridge, and a huge patio add on and the best lawn in the neighborhood.

In fact, I’ve since reviewed the lease which states that the tenant is required to leave the property in “clean and good order” and even mentions cleaning the fridge and stove which they did not, so I should be covered.

I'm replacing the fridge and dishwasher, fresh coat of paint everywhere and some hard flooring put down.

Struggling with finding a good fridge based on supply issues.
