Neighborhoods change and your right, tenants with Section 8 prefer the newer, nicer properties or to move out the the city into the surrounding counties.

Mechanicals, roofs etc. can be towards the end of their useful life and pass inspection but then the cap ex can't be absorbed in many of these C/D neighborhoods.

However I mainly wanted to ask about getting housing leases from traveling nurses.I currently have a 5 bed 2 bath, 1920 sqft home in a great neighborhood located less than 1.5 miles from 2 large hospitals here outside of Richmond.

I've personally driven this neighborhood and was amazed at how nice and clean it is.
