Avg Dom should be less than 20 days- if you look at development in certain areas of cape , there are a good a mount of multi-family coming in .

If it is covered it's usually if caused by a covered loss meaning mold develops due to some other covered peril. 

I have no idea how anyone makes money investing in real estate in the Hong Kong market - other than developers, that is.
