My wife and I recently started a Drone Services and Data Collection company in South Florida and we are looking for suggestions on how to go about marketing and getting our first set of jobs.

My 2023 goal is to partner with someone(s)on a ~500-acre village in Tennessee (willing to consider other states if the land is right) by the water consisting of: A-frames, tiny homes, glamping tents, and treehouses complete with amenities I have come across on my travels: zorbing, zip ling, outdoor movie theater complete with stationary classic cars and space for outsiders to bring their vehicles in to park, above ground shipping container pools with see through plexiglass, lake blob, monthly mini burning mans, pool/sand volleyball, outdoor music venue, drone racecourse, 3d print stations, planetarium, and other ideas to get people to "stop the scroll" and provide the most unique experience imaginable.

Can anyone speak to how real estate photography works, what the expectations/processes are, how much photographers make, what kinds of technologies are expected (drone, matterport 3D, etc)?

I'm still doing construction projects I promised for a few customers this year as I continue the last few courses I need for home inspections (radon testing, thermal imaging, drone license) to be competitive in this market.

Professional photos, drone shots, video-and not just a slide show of the still shots, marketing across thousands of websites and platforms, negotiating to meet and hopefully surpass the needed numbers... the list goes on.

I just had a guy come do an estimate on a property and they had a drone that flew around and measured and it only took about 15 min and I had a number.

I have done drone video, and looked into matterport photography which I am told is cool, though not that effective.
