I always steer clear of Angie's List, Yelp, BP Vendor, Dave Ramsey Select Vendors, or any other service that charges the vendor for membership and then promotes the list to the public as if trust, excellence, and performance have ANYTHING to do with the list selection.

I know the Real Estate Guys talk about/promote Belize quite a bit Some resources here on their site https://realestateguysradio.com/markets/belize/Their podcast is pretty interesting and that link has some links to podcast episodes they've done about Belize..they do promote quite a bit and a lot's of ads compared to the BP podcast....but you can always fast forward of course..

There are good sponsors that have a bad deal but what I have seen typically is the sponsor lacks significant experience - they have experience in marketing and raising money - which is not hard when you are promoting 15%-40% returns that clearly were not achievable on a consistent basis.
