I recently moved to New Jersey and I work full-time as a dentist.

Anyway, I am also a dentist and my practice is in McGregor, TX.....watch the Fixer Upper where C and J made their "bed and breakfast".  

My family is my priority in life and I want to be there at all times to go to the first dentist appointment with my 2 year old daughter, go to her sporting events when she gets a little older, spend a week hiking in the mountains with my wife, and just enjoying life with my family without the stress of an everyday 9-5 job.  

I have a day job as a dentist but would love to get into the investing side... my next goal is to find a commercial property where I can set up a second office... also some residential rentals as well! 

At a certain point, business people, doctors and dentists have maxed out their standard investment vehicles and are looking to place large sums of money.

I might if my dentist agrees to my proposal.

@Weina Shi  You should only do a final walk-through if you care that the condition of the property is in the same condition in which you agreed to buy it.It's like my dentist. 

Out of those tenants the Dentist, Nail Salon, Barber Shop I like the best.Rest of them are very iffy.

These folks often raising money from successful, but still mom and pop type investors, maybe docs/dentists, and often thinking B/C value add deals.Mid-size operators....maybe a little more experienced, operating out of corporate office space....maybe 10-50 deals under their belt, maybe have done a variety of different deals D to C to B to A, value add, cash flow, maybe one ground up in there. 

Dentist offices certainly shuttered in the financial crisis, hospitals took on less office space and let leases expire without renewing.
