Im currently searching for another property in the area to do STR. 

Hello everyone,My name is Takarra, and I currently live in Augusta, GA. 

Current thoughts would be to live in the ADU and rent out the main two units. 

I have a solution that I do myself once a year.Here's one of my best tips: go on Airbnb as a TRAVELER, in Traveler mode.

The quick and dirty:I have several projects going currently (2 flips and a new build STR.) 

That said, even with conservative rental income estimates, my living expenses would eventually drop to several hundred dollars less than what I’m currently paying in rent once the house hack starts generating income.I do have cash reserves to weather some rough patches, but the idea of pushing my budget this hard makes me uneasy.

To make a long story short, they are no longer able to make payments on the property and are in danger of losing it.I have a rental property in Southern California that I currently own whose value if I sell should cover the outstanding loan balance on the farm.

Sorry for late response, I have been busy with renovations on a current rental.

The one I am current using is terrible.
