The vast majority have a very high scenes of entitlement having lived their life off of free handouts and for that reason have zero respect for others. As a landlord the level of resentment your tenants will have for you will counter any training you attempt to achieve.C class tenants are like cats, virtually impossible to train, and must be constantly monitored as you would a child.

Something that started with this a couple of years ago (my house on the right)Has turned into the removal of the fence separating the two properties (by the owner of the truck) which leaves me losing the foot of space between the privacy fence and the boundary fence.Mitigating circumstances - the guy that owns the truck has a history of violent crime (kidnapping, sexual assault on a child, assaulting a police officer, etc., etc.) and my interactions with him have resulted in schizophrenic ramblings (i.e. the Vatican owns my property, all financial transactions are routed through the city of London, etc.)I spoke with an attorney from this forum (a terrific help) earlier this week and I am weighing my options...the best being a 4 foot retaining wall along the property line with a 6 foot permitted fence to the front of the house.

How to deal with roomates

Name.. date of birth... minor...Any children are occupants.. so 3 adults and 1 child is 4 people.. so if your occupancy is set for 3 people the child would make them over occupancy and they would not qualify for the house.Set occupancy level and make sure they know they can not add another person to lease unless someone would move out and that the new person would have to be screened and qualifyCO signers make no sense in this..

What would you recommend: pool, hot tub or none?
30 March 2020 | 26 replies
Liability issues and nuisance factor due to tenant neglect and abuse make pools and hot tubes a defiant "NO WAY" for rental properties.Tenants are simply too irresponsible to ever trust them with anything that high risk.Guaranteed when a child drowns the landlord will be facing a lawsuit.
