Usually tenants don't even bother to show up to court for my cases... and if they do, they would almost certainly not get into finer details like this unless they had an attorney.There are attorneys that specialize in evictions and will likely give you the best rates.

If they are lying, they change their tune and will decline the offer and will be insistent that they don't want to be bothered.

If I booked a place and I agreed to the cancelation policy, my plans changed and I do not get a refund then why even bother the owner.

Being in the real estate industry primarily its most often that I'm required to jump through many hoops just to get affordable financing and I was surprised by the fact that for many years I had to use my personal credit just to build my business and it always bothered me that why would I need to be suffering from lower than desirable credit scores and debt for something that had its own business entity and needed to get its own footing established.

I never bothered with logging my time (because it was a hassle and I didn't think it would be much benefit) but now I'm realizing that I can't contribute to my Roth SDIRA anymore because all my income is passive.

Or don't bother with that and put 30-35% down on MLS deals that are still primed for upside(i.e good locations that well below citys median price point).

If you dont have time, sure, dont bother.

I try to get by once a week, just to make sure things look ok, but I don't like bothering my tenants if I don't have to.
