Signs and banners flood the streets. 

Wix has been great for me in terms of a website and Canva is then free to make basic but decent content for posts, stories, banners, ads, etc.

The thing with bigger cities is that homes are so much more expensive that is hard to make a profit.Other than that if you are looking for traffic areas I would look into the NC Mountains like banner elk, Beech Mountain, blowing rock, Seven devils, and Boone.
