Ultimately, I would say for the first time that I've have found something authentic here at BiggerPockets and that's why I became a pro member immediately.  

Two step authentication is getting more an more common.

I don't know Jake and Gino at all, but they seem about as authentic as it gets in that consulting/coaching space.

And yes, they make money off of offering some of those tools (*gasp*).Amway offers some very good products (price isn't everything and all that you buy on Amazon is not always authentic).

Some of the new regulations require carriers to authenticate the caller ID, which is why numbers you don't have saved now have names that show up on your cell phone.

@Amanda Black, there many ways to invest in RE, its about finding the path that is authentic to you.

How long has the house been vacant and is the situation on what was stolen seem authentic. 

Now I always put baits in hidden places in my home to prevent all of this - the house is from 1910, folks, yes it's renovated but random small bugs are the small price to pay for a truly authentic history home in Annapolis!
