space is full of faux lenders.. too good to be true terms etc.. advanced fee schemes this is the biggest thing to look for 500 to 1000 up front 99% of those are frauds as it relates to small fix and flip lendinghere are some real ones to check out their websites.lendinghomelending onelima oneIron Bridge Conventus anchor Aloha Visio these are all real lenders.. so check on them and their rates and then you will know what market is.. and then when some one hits you up ( which real lenders NEVER do) and offer you rates far lower than these companies you know they are frauds.
