Port Covington - is this an opportunity?
What do you guys think about the Port Covington development and how this will affect real estate in Baltimore? Is this a good opportunity to invest nearby in the Riverside/South Baltimore area? Or is it difficult to say at this point if the surrounding area will go up in value?

Opportunity????? They were supposed to start building 2 years ago, they don't have the money or demand, They are waiting for an anchor tenant like an Amazon to come in and put a campus there. Chances of that happening with the lack of government infrastructure is minimal.
